De fra Klepp kommune fikk ikke være med

Klepp kommune skal kutte i pengebruken. Innbyggere med bistandsbehov får ikke lenger delta på NFUs leir på Tromøya, men må tilbringe alle årets 365 dager i bofellesskapet.

Hver sommer arrangerer NFU leir på Tromøya og hvert år har det kommet to til tre deltakere fra Klepp kommune. Deltakerne fra Klepp har pleid å komme på lørdagen og dra på torsdagen. På grunn av bistandsbehovet hadde deltakterne med seg to til tre tjenesteytere fra bofellesskapet hvor de bor. Kommunen hadde avtalt en viss godtgjørelse for tjenesteyterne og alle var fornøyd med situasjonen. Merkostnadene for Klepp kommune var minimale. Kommunen fikk en ekstrakostnad ved å bistå deltakerne på leiren. På den annen side, ble kostnadene med å yte tjenester i bofellesskapet omtrent tilsvarende redusert.

I år kom ikke leirdeltakerne fra Klepp. Kommunen hadde bestemt at tjenesteyterne ikke fikk lov til å dra. I stedet for seks dagers avbrekk fra livet i bofellesskapet, får altså de tidligere leirdeltakerne tilbringe alle årets 365 dager i bofellesskapet.

Det kan godt være at Klepp kommune må kutte i utgifter. Det er rimelig umenneskelig å spare småpenger ved å frata innbyggere med bistandsbehov deres seks dagers utflykt fra bofellesskapets rutiner.
